Proof of lawful possession, at the moment it is questioned.

Custodan issues a signed credential to each authorized holder and each sealed load. One scan tells a pharmacist, a receiving facility or an officer whether possession is lawful, and nothing more.

Signed, and checked live
Each credential is cryptographically signed and checked against the live record whenever it is shown. A revoked or expired one is refused on the spot.
Disclosure by role
Each verifier sees only what their decision requires, and none can search for anyone. Diagnoses, allergies and full medication lists are never shown.
An unbroken record
Every check and handover is written to an append-only ledger, refusals included. Holders see each time their credential is checked.
